Sure. If you can observe wobble in the lead screws, try straightening them as much as you can by eye. Also, make sure the grub screw at the bottom isn’t tightening inside the thread and causing the lead screw to skew. Just rotate 1/4 turn and retighten.
A little double sided tape can’t hurt under the bed corners.
Also, not sure what version printer you have, but if you have a bearing in the top of the z idler, remove it and let the top of the lead screw remain in retained.
